(Posted on 16/10/17)Last Thursday our new House Captains & Vice Captains went to Escapism in Chester to put their teamwork and leadership skills to the test. A great time was had by all and a rematch appears to be on the cards for the future!
MMA Medal rush competition
(Posted on 16/10/17)Huge congratulations to Ffion Davies on her achievements at the weekend in the 2017 MMA Medal rush competition. Ffion achieved gold in Sparing, Silver in Grappling and Two bronze in Kata’s. Following this Ffion will now compete in the British championship competition for her age group.
