Llaeth y llan

The year 10 food and nutrition students attended a visit to the Village Dairy in Denbigh on the 5th of December. This was a fantastic experience for all students, the step by step process of making Llaeth y Llan yogurt was demonstrated, this extended the students knowledge and understanding of the scientific process of making yogurt, this will benefit the students when studying the Dairy commodity next term. The visit ended with a taste testing of the yogurts, which was enjoyed by all.
